Carmen Martinez-Vidal

With over 14 years’ experience as a Nutritional Therapist, I help people with digestive disorders, weight issues and hormonal problems. Using a highly-personalised, Functional Medicine approach, my aim is to identify and address the underlying causes of your health issues, and to consider you as a whole person rather than an isolated set of symptoms.
I start by listening to your story to fully understand how your diet, genetics and lifestyle including stress, sleep and exercise may be contributing to your health concerns.  Advanced testing and/or supplements may be suggested if relevant, and we will then work together to devise a plan with recommendations for dietary and lifestyle changes which will help you to recover and improve your health.
