Carmen Martinez-Vidal

With over 14 years of experience as a nutritional therapist, I help people with digestive disorders, weight problems and hormonal problems. Using a highly personalized Functional Medicine approach, my goal is to identify and address the underlying causes of your health problems, and consider you as an integral person rather than an isolated set of symptoms.
I begin by listening to your story to fully understand how your diet, genetics and lifestyle, including stress, sleep and exercise, may be contributing to your health problems. Advanced tests and / or supplements may be suggested if relevant, and then we will work together to design a plan with recommendations for changes in diet and lifestyle that will help you recover and improve your health.
